This was a surprise proposal/engagement at the lighthouse in St Augustine. Original plans were to be waiting at the top of the St Augustine Lighthouse, however due to high winds our plan changed. We moved in front of the keeper’s house. The area was decorated with Christmas lights, wreaths, garland, and bows; and still had a great view of the lighthouse.

We waited out front while his girlfriend (soon to be fiancé) came around the corner guided by her friend.

The keeper’s house and lighthouse makes for a beautiful backdrop in this quiet area.

The staff at the St Augustine Lighthouse were wonderful to work with and the location was the perfect place for a proposal.
